For those of you keeping track, the D-Day Museum is located there. We aren't sure if there are jeeps and u-boats floating - but the good news is that it sits on the highest point in town. Not that it means anything, since the rest of the city has to be pumped out anyway.

Ah, another project brought to a standstill due to forces beyond our control.

Perhaps we could spin that into a catchphrase:
