Narcoleptic Dogs!
It was funny until the part where they push him in a stroller when he falls asleep on a walk.
But people act like this is a new thing - we watched a video of narcoleptic wiener dogs in college 10 years ago.
It still is, to this day, one of the funniest things I've ever watched.

Ween, I need to tell you a dog story.. So, the other night I was downtown and it was after an art and wine festival. There was this lady with a little terrier in a frontal baby carrier. The poor thing's legs were splayed every which way. I felt bad for the poor thing.
Puppuses is practically babies?
